- Vino blanco

- Troceamos la carne que hayamos elegido en medallones y salpimentamos y picamos la cebolla y el ajo (este paso puede ser en juliana, batido todo o picado en picadora mecánica como es mi caso)
- Agregamos la cebolla y el ajo picado y pochamos un poco y seguidamente añadimos la carne para que se selle.
- Partimos en dos los champiñones y agregamos hasta que pierdan un poco el agua y corregimos de sal.
- Seguidamente agregamos hasta cubrir la mitad con vino blanco y la mitad con agua y tapamos durante 5min y luego destapamos para que reduzca y la Carne no nos quede demasiado deshilachada.

- Una vez esté todo reducido la carne debería de estar muy blandita y agregamos la nata (en mi caso uso nata normal para cocinar porque la textura es más deseada que con leches evaporadas que tienden a ser más líquidas)
- Volvemos a corregir de sal y pimienta y agregamos la nuez moscada y el azúcar en mi caso me gusta más bien dulcecito y una vez haya espesado con cuidado de que no se nos pegue estará listo!
