- Para la Masa: mezclamos los ingredientes en un bol (podemos hacerlo con robot de cocina si lo tenemos). Hacemos una bola y dejamos reposar en la nevera unas 2 horas. NOTA: la mantequilla mejor que esté fría (retirar de la nevera justo antes de utilizar).
- Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
- En un molde circular, disponemos la masa que previamente hemos estirado con un rodillo. Pinchamos con un tenedor la base y disponemos peso encima (lentejas o garbanzos) para que no suba la masa. La introducimos en el horno unos 10 minutos a 180ºC.
- Mientras se dora la masa aprovechamos para cocinar resto de ingredientes: picamos la cebolla bien fina y la ponemos en una sartén con un poco de aceite.
- Añadir a la sartén los taquitos de bacon, y en 4-5 minutos tiramos los champiñones que hemos cortado a dados pequeños. Salamos al gusto.
- En un bol, mezclamos los huevos, la nata y la leche. Una vez tenemos todo bien mezclado añadir dos pizcas se nuez moscada, el orégano y pimienta. En este mismo bol, añadimos el contenido de la sartén y mezclamos bien con la mitad del queso rallado.
- Sacamos la masa del horno, y retiramos “el peso”. Y disponemos el contenido del bol.
- Cortamos las cherrys por la mitad y las colocamos por encima de la quiche. Acabamos de añadir el resto del queso por encima.
- Metemos en el horno, unos 20 minutos. En mi horno hago 10 minutos a 180ºC y los otros 10 a 200ºC. Pasado este tiempo, sacar del horno, dejar enfriar un poco y lista para servir.
