  4. Cocinar por un minuto y colocar media taza de vino blanco. Poner fuerte el fuego para que evapore el alcohol. Dejar 2 minutos cocinando.
  5. Agregar los espárragos cortados en rueditas. Condimentar con sal y pimienta. Dejar cocinar 3 minutos.
  6. Por último retirar del fuego y agregar abundante salsa de soja a gusto. Agregar el perejil picado y a disfrutar. Los acompañe con langostinos al ajillo.
