- Añadimos los champiñones, removemos y cocinamos a fuego medio 10 minutos, no os olvidéis de remover de vez en cuando. Mientras salpimentamos el pollo y lo agregamos a la cazuela cuando los champiñones estén. Removemos y salteamos un par de minutos, hasta que la carne cambie de color.



- Vertemos el vino en la cazuela y cocinamos dos minutos a fuego alto para que se evapore el alcohol. Bajamos a fuego medio, añadimos las patatas y cocinamos 5 minutos, removiendo. Agregamos 3 vasos de agua y la pastilla de caldo y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio, unos 20 minutos o hasta que las patatas estén.



- Trituramos el contenido de la cazuela hasta que no nos queden grumos. Ya tenemos nuestra crema lista, podéis decorar la con unos picatostes o unos champiñones salteados. Buen provecho!!!
